Id really like to see armys with huge banners in RvR battles. With every banner granting some small bonusses.
This would improve RvR a lot imho.

Sorry to be the killjoy here but would that not just motivate people to zerg more? i.e stay close to the guy with the banner cause it makes you tough?
Forgive me if i'm wrong but I thought the general concesus was zergs are bad - random encounters are good ?
