Its very easy to yell "rape" after the event. How many of the people present heard him give his instructions to her? Did she hear the instructions? What would a reasonable person expect to happen if they have removed their own clothes and assumed a position for another individual to use them sexually?

I agree it is a mind field for judges in dealing with such matters but I can't see how any reasonable person could have expected any other outcome.

As I said before, yelling "rape" is the easy thing to do but it doesn't mean that it is immediately correct. Unfortunately the number of fake rape claims also make it harder for judges to convict in actual rape cases, sometimes it really can be hard to see the wood for the trees.
