Building Web Design Team

hey im tryin to build a web design team to build a community at http://www.masterfuldesign.com. Ive had it for about a year and havent been able to do that much with it so Im tryin to get a team of maybe like 6 to work on it. Im paying for a unix server with unlimited space and unlimited bandwith as well as other good things. Im still not sure what all to include on the site but would like to have some art (photography and sketches and music) where people can upload there own stuff. And would like to have some gaming stuff. Also would like to design other websites and graphics for websites for $. In that case if the masterful design team made a site and made money ud get a percent of it. And you will also get webspace. Figure that stuff out later though. I am open to suggestion. But I need some people that are good with web design, graphic design, flash design, scripting etc. If you have some samples of what u can do please send them to me.

Here's a fantastic idea for you; try the design communities.

somethingleet, deviantart, kaliber10000 etc.
You're sure to find an abundance of talent there.

I think hes trying to say the Times New Roman font on your site looks gh3y. Other than that its nice. Needs a few more images though. ;P

Times New Roman looks so crap in my opinion, you need a neater looking font, Arial is pretty nice, as is Verdana.

I know times new roman looks like crap I stopped working on that site when I started to try to incorporate php. But thats basically y I want some people to make a great site and an online community. And I know that when hosting comapnies say unlimited its not but it sounds a lot better than makin some estimate and right now I have 9999999999999.0 Mb left on my server so I cant really geuss how much I can use before ticking my hosting comapny off

Did you design that site yourself? The menu boxes on the left need aligning with the main box on the right.

gamenutt, creating a website is easy, you can get anyone to do that. The problem is promoting it. This would require weeks of hard work and you still might only have the original users ;) Competition would be a major drawback because there are sites dedicated to this stuff already.

my news scripts not to bad, i just don'y have the time. needs a propper admin panel.

and only have other AS level students to compar myself to... in Yorkshire this is.

The next best HTML / Compuer genius is joe... and he has created some disasters in his time...

PS. could the above code be any more WYSIWYG-ish if it tried...

PPS. have you paid for flash??? eh??? well??? have you???

jeez.....a lot of bad comments about the site which no one should be looking at! lol. Im not using the site that is up now at all I want to build a team of people ....build a site for masterful design....then get clients and find projects and work on them as a team.
