Bugged quest ?

Im trying to get a Harpy Feather Charm, but for that i need talons, and im not getting anuy when im /forage 'ing

Harpy Feather Charm is luck of the draw, if you don't get the bits you need first time around you can't forrage anymore. Try the market explorers for the bits you are missing as it's purely random.
