thing is, there is supposed to be a hard-cap on spellcasting on 2secs or so, not counting ra's
But for some reason the sm pbaoe didnt wanna play by those rules ^^

if u complain about PBAOE....i swear i will hunt you down for the rest of your life...its THE Hardest hiting spell in the game castable every 2sec how the fuck can u complain? Anon hit me for 2x900 the other day fgs

the 2 second hard cap does include RAs.. there is no way in the game ne1 should cast faster then 2 secs... even with buffed capped dex, and MoA XI... it stil wont happen...
But.. The SM Pbaoe.. has for some reason not got this cap... so if buffed with a nice dex buff its possible to cast every second odd

Enchanter PBAE can go below the 2 second cap, so that "ooo look SMs are bugged" isn't right.

yes they are , all spell cast 2 second caps are bugged, any spell can get to 1.5 seconds regardless of class etc..., mythics little 2second hard cap is bs, doesnt happen but 1.5 does, spiritmasters having it down to 1 second per cast isnt something possible by anyone else with any other spell, ie bugged

By 1 second cast I expect people mean less than 2, not actually 1 second. No one has posted log though.

The smiley was meant to show it was a joke.
I know the stuns and such on a pbaoe caster are actually features planned by Mythic in their crusade to gimp Albion, and overpower all other realms.

who gives a shit if hes saying its not weak hes still moaning about the best bloody spell in the game..jesus what else you want? plate on casters with 9999hp instants, buffs and lvl 90 pets? so what if mid got 1 sec casting time yours still owns it..
