i THINK its a lvl 6 weapon, not sure though.
Its got a utility of 48.7
Worth 32 imbue points, so a 4point OC on a 99% 51 item.
pretty bugged imo

Since it dropped from red-to-50 mob, I suppose it's the DPS that is bugged and starts that are right

I've had an AF2 cloth glove drop in SI with insane stats too. It was +19 dex along with a few resists.

They might be bugs, but I think it's sort of fun.

Albion has a OTD bracer drop, +4 Earth +4 Ice +4Matter +4Body if I remember rightly. Another stupid half assed drop/quest by Mythic they they never went back and finished, at level 43 the item is ok but there are many better bracers later in the game so why dedicate a OTD mob to it?

Have you tried it? it might hit the same as 15+ dps whip just might have the wrong text on the item.

Nope it hits for 4dmg and never degrades, quite handy for a necro if you never want to replace your staff.
