i was just out RvRing with a rather small group and we decided to see if we can get some mids at there Port in Keep.
we was fighting stealthers and some random other mids , was quiete fun they kept killing us and we them, when i ran into this lill koby i noticed him at first standing by a dead body of one of his realm m8's and very fast 3 of my group including me went to attack him. i thought oh well he must have just logged in when i got the message "player is temporary imune to PvP attacks" and kept trying to stun him. odly he started to emote and move and we could still not hit him , so i went after another one of his m8s.
a couple minutes later this same lill koby is running around me and again i tried to stun him and sure enough i got same message.
now i know during login there is like couple secs where a stealther can stealth and get away , but this guy was running in circles around me , even casted a ML merchant during all this , emoted away and was still imune to PvP attacks .

any idea?

You have a pvp immunity after you released. Probably he released back, caught a port directly and came running out of TK before this timer had faded. This is the only way I can explain him having more than a few seconds worth of immunity (from logging in).

after you died, and released you cannot kill/fight other players for 2 minutes, try to duel right after you get back at bindpint. This should go away if you port (giving you a 30s imunity timer)...

and perhaps, it simply was a bug. Like on camlann, sometimes that 2min timer suddenly goes away without reason. And i know camlann aint exca.. but such rules apply to both servers.

yes i was talking to the smart ass that posted right after my inicial post .
so sorry if any misstook it , but should have been kinda obious.
just out of curiosity how long does the imunity last when you release and come back out , cause it took him quiet a bit to cast that merchant and run around and emote .

Poster above says 2 minutes, not sure if that's the timer on Camlann because I could've sworn that the timer is closer to 5 minutes on the live servers Anyway this is the most likely explanation since you cannot attack during this time which would explain the emotes and the summoning of the merchant.
