I made this for the ppl who are like me and cant be arsed sitting hours on end exping artifacts and doing other stuff like that.
Most of the stuff can be bought pretty cheap from CMs, others are questitems and are no problems getting.

It contains only 2 artifacts that In my opinion you cannot be without, I know there is a lack of powerpool, spellrange and spelldamage, but I think it might work anyway, it has the caps and the castspeed needed

Please point me in the direction of a CM that has zahur bracer, immolated ring and woven hair of malamis cheap

Not bad, but some parts of it are quite hard to get. Woven hair of Malamis for instance. Better just get jacinas sash instead for some spell range and another 5% res pierce, it's doable with 2 healers and a bb, one of those healers aug specced.

Immolated ring is expensive, but it's just a question of spending enough time on fire island, it's not as unsure as trying to farm a Malamis belt.

That feather tunic.. well it's a ML9 drop, but you can get it cheap on cm:s as there are way better alternatives for a caster.

Blackened cloak, also a question of how much time you got to spend on fire island.

Thats right, Immolated ring and the cloak is easy to farm, its not often they drop but its not hard to do.
One tank, one bb with FoP and a darknessnuker and you can farm it all day long.

I already have the ring/cloak/bracer, and If I got them with the very few hours I spend farming anything I bet ya anyone can get them fairly easy.
Also you can easily switch Zahurs bracer for Ebon hide, I just wanted to put it in since I had it

The belt is a tough one I agree, but I have 3 old Flame wrought belts, I belive the stats are about the same on them, I will just loose some dex/pie cap and powerpool until I find a malamisbelt.

Ok here we go. Since you left Spirit at 0% so did I and the dex118 felt like overkill.

Changes I'v made are as folowing.

Legs: 7 Energy (old was 16 piety)
Hands: 7 Matter (old was 7 slash)
Left Ring: Crocodile's Tears Ring (old was Krojers dex ring)
Left Bracer: CB-dex has 6 Slash not energy as you put in.

Yes, if you can figure out a way to cap it without loosing anything Id be delighted

However as it is now Its less important than Body/Heat resists, the majority of nukers you seem to encounter these days are Heat or Bodynukers, so I rank those as nr1 priority. Theurgists are not that common, only PE really that runs them successfully afaik.
I could always loose some energy resists but that would only get me to like 10% spirit and would lower my energy to about 10% or so also.
