Up until a couple of weeks ago we got everything from Sky. TV (all channels) phone, internet, 3meg or so on a good day...All this coming in at about £95 a month.

BT got their act together and gave the village infinity 2 at 75meg so I switch to BT for my internets (Sky were only offering 40meg)

Anyway, phone and internet is about £42 now and we can add BTs top TV for another £15

Questions!

Anyone else use BT TV? Does it use up much of my badwidth?
If I am downloading something from Steam (for example) will it effect TV quality? As I understand it you basically stream your TV via the broadband.
What's the box like? I quite like the sky+ box, does exactly what it says on the tin.
Freesat... any good?

We have no TV areal on the house, it blew down years ago and never bothered to replace it.

Sort of thinking the bog standard sky sub, 22.50 or so would be the better option! but as we are starting to be a bit anal with our spending (we are tired of paying umteen companies £50-£100 a month per service!) a fiver or so less a month would be nice. We aren't that bothered about the sports (we get a bunch of prem games a season next year with the BT broadband regardless of tv package) movies, meh, seen them all before anyway!

Thoughts?
