BT buying dabs could be a good thing - dabs (from my personal experience) has been pretty flakey and with the extra monies BT will invest it might actually get a bit better, especially if BT are planning to entrust it with its brand name.
Cheaper kit all round I say!

BT CS Rep: "Sorry Sir, not our department...etc. etc"
This WILL happen. And from what I remember of the BT Shops of old, don't expect cheap kit all of a sudden either.

Wouldn't use either BT or Dabs by choice so not really too fussed about this. Have just signed up with ntl and have been quietly impressed so far, and if I want to buy kit I go OCuK, OK they aint perfect but they are also just down the road - makes sorting out returns MUCH easier.
