browser hijack?

Hi guys,

using MSIE (yeah yeah, I know) whenever I google for stuff I get a results page but every link on it directs to some other crappy search engine's page - I figure some kind of invasive software... I ran a-sqaured on a deep scan which mopped up some shite but the problem is ongoing... running a virus scan atm, but has anyone else had an issue like this?

Yup, that's spyware. Install firefox and see if that has the same problem (just to see if the system is infected or just IE). Then see about downloading some other spyware software - windows defender, AVGs, AdAware. See what they find. Also, check Tool> Manage Add-Ons in IE, see if there's anything questionable in there and disable it.
