I'm somewhat pleased to say that I didn't pay any attention at all to the Brits this year. I was aware of it was coming up, but it passed by before I found out the dates. I think given the Robbie Williams situation above, I'm rather glad I missed it.

Kinda reminds me of this swedish movie awards we have over here. The only movies nominated were movies that the company that held the awards had funded. And since the last couple of years the movie-theatre biz has been kinda slow due to everyone and there dog having atleast T1 connections coupled with sweden having dodgy laws regarding piracy they dont make that many movies every year. So what happend this year? Well, there was only the same three nominees in all the mayor cathegories out of say... a hundred movies. So it's a wellknown fact money restricts art.
