im speaking on behalf of cokenoze from the support group Freddys Unfairly Convicted Krew (FUCK for short).

cokenoze presented him self to us for being banned for 20 days. the reason? he posted a picture of a human being. cokenoze made no references to the picture with any words, he did not insult the person in the picture, he simply posted it.

on this basis, our ethics commity could see no problem with it.

the picture was of a person with a disability, but cokenoze made no derogatory remarks about it. is a disabled person still not a person like any other? if cokenoze posted a picture of angelina jolie, would he not have been praised?

you could say infact, the moderator who took action was discriminating. in effect, the message that has come across is pictures of disabled people are wrong. we believe a photo of a person is a photo of person, and their physical status does not play any part in how we view it.

the group would like the moderators to review their decision and we hope you reach a fair one. we could not find anything in the CoC which says posting pictures of people available on the internet is not allowed. we could understand if cokenoze made derogatory comments but he didn't.

I can't say much re: the picture itself and I'm not one to contest Tilda's decisions as IMO he makes fair ones but I do agree that far worse has gone left unchallenged yet this randomly, has received quite a lengthy ban :<
