Branston Beans - for me they have become the best beans about, lovely sauce with nice bean texture and consistency.

And what have they done to fuck it up? Taken the ring pull off the top of the can, that's what - they're expensive enough as it is, and now they want me to have to use a can opener?? You cheap bastards! Heinz still have a ring pull and they're cheaper! I know it's a credit crunch and all that but c'mon, that's just an excuse.

Sort it out now Branston Boffins or I plan to shove a can of that crappy pickle stuff you produce up your Managing Director's arse. :kissit:

I've actually always, don't know why, liked the opening of a can. Seems more, heck might be the part-chef training i had, professional.

Sure the pull thing is more convinient, but i do believe it also makes the tin less "secure" so to speak.

Also, i'd like you to compare prices. If it's stayed the same/gone cheaper, it's a nice bonus for the long-term customer, even if people usually like to complain rather then see the good in things
