Guy is class, knocked down in 6th round, came back in 7th and knocked the scottish dude down.

Scottish dude pulled out with broken nose, but his face took a bit of a battering.

Khans overconfidence was the reason he got floored. He needs to keep his chin tucked away. Im sure this will come over time, but I dont think hes anywhere near a title shot yet. He needs a few more fights like this one first.

Totally agree, I think Khan needs a few more Seasoned fighters, I mean not long ago there was a guy from the Midlands he fought and gave him a real hard time. Khan needs a few fights where its either very close or lasts the full 12 rounds.

Must say, the fight before was decent as well - shame the fighter after Khan was boring as hell, but thats the Heavy Weights for you :touch:

That said, if he other guy was a better fighter he would have had him in the 6th (seeing as 2 mins left and khan was all over the place), not ready for a title shot yet imo he is too inexperienced atm

8-10 fights before he is ready for a shot at one of the lesser world titles, 14-16 before he should get a pop at the big world titles. Basically 2-3 years for the minors and another 2 years for the major fights. If they rush him he will lose, he just isn't ready for the truely world class fighters in that weight class yet.

Aye. He was entertaining to watch. He used to take the piss big time out of his opponents - stuff like standing still and pointing to his chin inviting the guy to hit him if he can. LOL and all his flamboyant egotistical entrances.

After he lost to Marco Antonio Barrera he had one more fight against Manuel Calvo which he won and then he stopped fighting, He is/was in prison for hit and run where he nearly killed and broke every bone in the poor sods body.

I think Hamed could of beat Barrera if he reverted to an orthodox style early on. He had proved with wins against Kelly and Johnson that he could box normally when he needed to, to win the fight.

Im just hoping for a hatton v mayweather fight. But before that, im hoping Hatton finally shuts up whittor first, yet i cant see it as Whittor is a no body, trying to make a career out of bad mouthing hatton.

He seems to break it every other fight tho , i still find it funny how people can critisize him when he is going the distance and beating people one handed in some fights
best thing he did was get back with Frank Warren, he definitely will get the big name fights now

i just hope he doesnt drop his usual style to "proove something" like he did a couple of times rescently, he is a far better boxer than a brawler and should keep to that imo
