DF opens so I thought I'd go XP there for a bit, not been for a while will make a nice change.

Going down to the corridor I notice two albs and then realise there is an enemy fighting them. Con her, and she's red but thinks "sod it, worst that can happen is I die' so F6, /stick and jump into the fight. Blimey! I'm actually doing extremely well, we might kill her Unfortunately I forgot to allow for the fact this is other Albs fighting with me and see one run off and the other just stand and watch as the PA/poison kills him :/

FFS! If either, or even both, had helped we would have killed Cylian.

So... /bow to Cylian, well played and /finger to those two Albs

Cylian didn't attack me in df yesterday but was around killing albs,if i was there aravis i would of joined in hehe.I never run

Can't understand it really, one of them died without even trying to fight back and the other ran.

As it was a lot more Albs died later, because of their cowardice, simple as that.

And I know you would have helped Matt (or as Sycho for that matter). It's just disheartening to know that one day they are going to be in RvR proper, and I have to fight alongside them :/

dont sweat your bits about it, it has got to the point where, even though im only 34th, ill stand and fight anything that wants it, screw all this runnig crap. If i see a group of epic armour strolling around, blood dripping from their teeth, im not going to go wading in if i dont have to, but as everyone else points out; a kill is a kill, RPs are RPs, but even solo it still requires 6 mids to stomp me into the dirt for some odd reason <shrugs> how many RP do they think i give for gawds sake?

On the flip side of that, i was in Midgard with Cerure of the Griffons a few nights ago, near the MG when a troll named Coda, or Cuba or something like that, came lumbering over (obviously on holiday from guarding his bridge), and determedly killed Cerure. I started to fight him, but seeing as he had raging purple eyes going on, and i wasnt exactly doing tons of damage he refused to fight back. I guessed he had friends on the way, so i turned and WALKED back to the MG.

Now, i wouldnt have minded if i had been zerged to death, blown to bits, hacked into tiny weeny Mince pie filling or whatever, but Cuba decided to throw any kind of honour out of the window. He mezzed me, then left me there. After about a minute, i managed to stumble through the gate, got mezzed again, then a group of mids stood and rooted me over and over, whilst a GREY healer, with nasty acne and a face like a car boot zapped me with some kind of shit-um smite spell, doing about 10 damage each shot. After standing dead still for a while and taking it, i timed the root, and as soon as it broke, charged the healer and got blasted by a grown up.

Look, if you want my RP, just take it. You think i enjoyed standing there and being repeatedly taken the piss out of? I know i cant beat a troll in epic, but are you fuckin 12 years old? the reason i fear you did what you did, is because you were showing off to your pre-pubescent friend with the shitesmite. bless...

At 34, i trudge solo across your yellow snow covered landscape, to Upplands and Yggdra, making the effort and seeing where my common sense and initiative get me. You lead your kids over to the MG and let them leech... mmm, he'll be useful in RvR then, when faced with a red con Merc and his friends arent about...

Whats great with the albs at the moment is that when we go rvr in emain there is a well organised chat group.. as soon as someone spots you, you get an invite... just now need to use it for tactics instead of the normal chit chat, and other misleading bollox that you get on there

I waited for a bit and gave you a chance,i drew my weapons for a bit then had a group waiting for me so i didn't bother.I even done a beckoning motion but no respond.

Beware i have a LOT of hp,very good af for my lv and i hit hard with 2 99 qua warmaces upto you but i have given cabo a good battle or two

Aslong as you dont hit me whilst resting sbs who do that i find are cowards and dont want a worthy challenge.

You have 6 levels 'til 50 and already better stats (except Con/AF) than a lvl50 Norse Skald =P

Something like 178Str,168Con,~80Dex/quick, 1330HPs 635AF or something like that.

Aren't Mercs supposed to be something like light-tanks ? That's more HPs than a Middie Heavy Tank (aka Warrior). Or is that buffed to the teeth ?

No way nerf mercs!not many are in albion anyway,yes they can't tank as good as a pala and armsman but i can outhit both of them so could any merc.Also that is unbuffed hp,after all a warrior mainly uses shield whereas a merc doesn't.

LOL i wouldnt say they are that much of a light tank if you have 44 parry you do pretty well,besides a warrior can have loads if used right.
