I like the guy, think he's got a good head on his shoulders and the fact he fell into a river which he was already thigh deep in while helping collect rubbish and promoting charity work does him justice. He is hardly a racist (his grandfather was Turkish) and he's married to a sikh...and as for being a homophobe he went to Eaton Oo

And to be frank I'd rather have this guy in charge than gordon flaming brown who is the most incompetant prime minster we've had in my lifetime.

Id hardly say he's the worst. And considering we've had the second month in a row with house prices increasing it may look like he has gotten us through the worst of the recession and it could have been alot worse, of course its very early to say. He may not be as good infront of the camera as Blair but he was been given alot of of bad things to deal with after Blair left

i wouldn't tell you its wrong because its how you feel, i feel differently and a discussion board is the place to argue the point in favour of your beliefs but to state that someone is wrong on a matter of opinion (which cannot be proven unlike a matter of fact) is not only rude it is ignorant and completely puts me off posting any form of debate.

i agree, rather someone experienced that a new guy coming in to mess it up more. I wouldnt trust the conservatives leader to do anything right. This isnt to say i am all for Labour, i just think we need to consentrate on sorting things out before the circus of an election

We are a long long way from bust trust me, this recession has not been as steep or prolonged as many including myself expected. We aren't out of the woods yet either but it is nowhere near as bad is it looked it might end up 6 months ago.
