gota new PC few months ago and all was fine. had a few problems starting up windows and phone the company i got it from they told me to open the PC and remove the battery on the MB to refresh the cmos. so i did and everything way fine again. it happened one more time so i decided to re-install windows again and formated my HD

now the PC has had even worse trouble starting up it would just freeze on the picture of my MB

i re-boot like 5 times and it will sometimes say somthing like C-mos defaults reloaded press f1 to contuine.

i press f1 and sometimes nothing happens and sumtimes windows log comes up showing it loading but then nothing more

after about 15 trys every it will eventually boot to windows and i have to re-set date and clock etc.

then while using the PC it sometimes just frezzez ie mouse wont work whole pc stops but screen stays the same

any help ?

Sounds like your mobo is shagged, to me. Contact the PC vendor and get them to replace the mobo, at least.
