Booking problems

I have tried to make several bookings since RVS became available... on the pre-booking (as opposed to launch a game), the game password does not appear to be set.

So you try to join and find that the password you entered is incorrect... but check back to your booking details and it IS correct.

Conclusion: the pw aint being set by the booking - at least not correctly.

The email reminder is not being sent either.

Kinda frustrating.

Oh and before anyone asks, yes I have been VERY cArEfUl about the password entry...

There's a problem with the dedicated server not setting the password until it's got in contact with ubi.com, until it manages that no password will work.

The support team are aware of it, and are waiting on a fix from ubi.

Urgh... ah well at least I know I am not going crazy. Well perhaps that is too big a conclusion... lets just say at least I know I am not getting the pw incorrect :)
