the extra 40 odd hp is not really worth it, nor is taking out the 9 power to increase the spirit by about 2 points.

Stun immunity is nice if an eldritch lands aoe mezz then stuns me, however i could also have my pets on him with me out of aoe mezz range, or have GOLM mezz feedback up. Also i intend to get purge 3. I dont want to spend tons of money on a template (as originally mentioned), i know i can farm the scrolls but this template is not supposed to be for a RR10 so i can always make that uber template later on.

Bracer of Zo looks nice for the pets and spell range but again, i want a template which is easy to obtain.

When you say No Fucking Power Atleast....are you being sarcastic with choosing 9 power on an imbue gem or do you simply mean i will be oop all the time?

wont 29 Power Percentage Bonus help that?

I think that the reasoning is that 9 power is like 1/3 of a baseline darkness dd, so it's so little maybe those 40 hp is more usefull. First time i saw anybody put power on sc parts.

ahh ok thanks, tis my 2nd attempt at a caster sc so i did not know how little that was.

Are you making it for soloing or grouping?

If grouping it looks ok for a cheapy template, if soloing i'd try and raise con/hitpoints up more.
Found that hitpoints were the most important thing for surviving solo as a BD.. if you can survive the frontload while your pets wake up, you'll probably win.

Also yeah, swap the 9 power for well anything.. 2% resist to a damage type your never gonna get hit with is more useful!

To that end, bd is one caster you could prolly do something with s/s template, or a least work out something u could equip crafted s/s to hit 400hp cap and whip out staff to nuke stuff down without going OOP.

400hp on caster template, with champ staff AF/hps charge up and you're looking at approx 2050hps. Could prolly sit out a baseline stun with capped heat and CL resists...

AS said above BD is very different than most caster templates. You really want 300+ hits.

Note: that bracer does not have 2% spell damage on it. thats a pve only bonus.
