50 shield for 10 second stun from block

I originally templated in slayer arms and WH

but was failing epicly at getting my +11 parry + 11 shield

obviously im still failing at 11 shield

but im thinking omni procs at every armour part or galla heal procs ^^

tested the spec tho and its v solid + with champ debuffs survivability is much higher than i expected.

You do not seem to have enough Survivals in that imo when you run with fixed mainhand you can easily get the Heal all over Time chestpiece in it.

Slayer arms + legs, veil touched vest, Winged helm, +5 heal bonus gloves for 15% heal bonus on armor procs, 10 AF boots, Protector of Weary Souls for 130 Value Heal proc on blocks and perhaps ring of Tarka.

Keep in mind Dexterity doesn't matter much on the block rate the most important is you cap the +11 parry and shield skill and maybe get the dex to 30-45

yeah, if i swap the SC, i'll get +6parry and 7shield:

Parry: 23,77%
block: 46,27%
To parry block or evade: 66.33

if i keep it the way it is with 2 parry and 11 shield:
Parry: 21,77
Block: 48,27
Parry block or evade: 66.73

So i dont know what i'll do.. it doesent really seem to make a huge difference.. and bare in mind that im rr1, so im 50shield 39 pierce, 42 valor and 6parry.. it will be better once i can lower my pierce and raise my parry..

problem is ALL your defense comes from parry - i'd be tempted to lower valor for blue buffs and higher ur parry til you're higher rr and get +11 parry its an absolute must

yup 10second off block stun and obviously to counter the block nerf with more shield - but i've noticed its pure parry - and my oh my do i parry alot
