bluetooth car kit

Anyone any experience of bluetooth car kits? I'm using a nokia cark-91 right now, but I fancy upgrading in Jan, and don't want to keep changing my car kit with every new phone.

wantage:

Muting of car stereo
Option to charge phone with adaptor
Generic cradle if possible
