Appears to have stopped now, first thing I did was dive right into hardware and swap some out/move the ram around to different slots

- moved the ram to different slots
- took my 7970 out and put my wifes old GTX 460 in, played SC2 for 30 mins to see if I got any more bluescreens, got none so put my 7970 back in
- reinstalled ATI drivers - no bluescreen since *touch wood*
