I'm curious, since I respeced from 42shield down to 32shield, I seem to be evading ALOT more, maybe its just in my head, but the question is, cause my main defence has decreased in %, does it check more upon evade % now?

Its nice vs duel weilders as they half your evade rate, yet you'll prob cap evade against others.

last i heard they are taking Dodger out in NF cos its buggered.
apparently...
50% evade is the cap
if you have dodger, and get an effective 80% evade, its still capped at 50% BUT!.. if a DW attacks you, it halfs your evade rate, but not from cap.. ie it doesnt go 50->25, it goes 80->40. if that makes sense
and currently, it is worth having, tho there is some argument over wether you cap no dodger 1 or 2.

it checks shield before evade
so you would have evaded before but it was checking shield first and that would of been stopping it. now you arent blocking as much its going past shield, parry, and evade message is what u get.

dodger is good while fighting buffed ppl whit high weapon skill too as they make you evade less.
dodger allso helps allot when fighting high lvl mobs...
