We came.
We conquered.
We waited.
We waited some more.
We built enough trebuchets to kill a herd of Elephants.
We taunted.
They came. Five times.

There were 40 Albs in Odins, 4 in Emain, and 170 were farming inside DF (non anon Albs) at around 24:00 CET.
Guess that shows what is wrong with Albion :/
But then again, nothing to defend. When we had the relics, we defended it very well, till the Mids managed to find out how to set an alarm clock, and used elite skill to take the relics, bla bla bla...

Eh? I just continued browsing the net actually. You look like someone who managed something average and feels the need to brag about it all over the place. So doh

Indeed. It was mainly the SS alliance that organized the keep take, and it turned out rather nicely in the end, just as we had hoped it would. (It sure helps when one of the GMs is a siege nut.)Originally posted by kirennia
The point wasn't so much the keep take even, there was a lot of good (or better then previous) co-ordination going on all the way through it. Between guilds, between groups, between friends We had a lot of fun, that was what it was there for.
Your supercilious comments are not impressing anyone, Mr Poon. When we lost the relics in the first place, I agree that Albs had become complacent and did not defend their keeps. However, during the week when we did have the relics, Albs were defending (successfully, I might add) their keeps with reckless abandon -- some of the best RvR in the Albion frontier I have ever seen. Saying otherwise is just being petty (which, I have come to understand, you are certainly not beyond -- btw, I thought you had left this game already?).Originally posted by AbPoon
I wouldnt bother, Albs didnt give a shit about their keeps when they had the relics and i bet they certainly wont give a shit now, things never change ^^
The purpose of this raid was to farm enemies and gain RPs -- and we certainly achieved that -- not to stage a relic raid. Besides, trying to take more than one keep would have spread us too thin when the inevitably huge Midgard army arrived. An Alb alliance thinks its great because they managed to defend one keep and an easy one at that

Yeah, true, that was after we had defended Bledmeer and knocked back the Mids four or five times -- we thought it would be a good idea to take advantage of the lull while you regrouped and get to Nottmoor. According to what I remember, we had 2 fgs of SS, 1 fg of Illuminati, and 1 fg of The Dragon-Fighters (i.e. 32 people, sounds about right), and yes, we had 6 rams, but the Midgard army moved swiftly that day and arrived just as we knocked down the last door. (As for Blendrake, I wasn't online at the time and had no part in it.)Originally posted by noaim
You tried to take both Nottmoor and Blendrake but failed on both. At Nott you failed with about 35 people and 6 rams and I dunno how you failed at Blend, but you didnt get it.
