I know it's an old game but I need help. On the Berlin mission I just CANNOT defend the bombers. The P51 handles like a greased pig. Now I've seen all over the internet that you can choose your plane before the mission but nowhere does it say how. So how do I choose my plane on the PC version?

I gave up after the London/Blitz mission. Wings of Prey was more fun.
