I've had a look at past posts, and all the templates I have found don't match what I want (if possible)

Capped str,con,dex,qui,hits,all resists at 26, +11 piercing, +11 Parry.
Items I am working with:
Paidrean Necklace
Infernal Pyre Walkers Cloak
Aiglean Earring
Stout Leather Belt (Since I'll have 50CD, +CD wont help meaning that without the +CD from knotted Stout has more Util)
Alder Wood Ring
Holly Ring
Ixthiar Skin Bracer of Strength
Warshadow Bracer

I would like to be able to change weapons possibly in the future for drops etc, so I don't want there to be too much important stats on them (Skills and low stats ideal), All items must be 99% Quality.
Any help would be great, cheers .

Why do all bms(or many anyway) believe that you dont get anything from +CD after 50?

Because, you DO get gains from it.

Dont know about swing rate with 50+ CD, but im certain that CD style dmg is affected, even with 50+?

And dont say you aint gonna use CD styles, because the side chain is nice, and so is snowshower, untill you get PF

Short 3 CD and 6 Parry, cant seem to get them tho, maybe if i can find a way to have the 0.5 from left hand and hands on the same item I can get another +1 CD.

Closest you'll get to duplicating fang stats is 3x5% resists on a mp weapon. Not enough points for 3x7%.

I give up with that, Only thing I can think of is having an MP in the mainhand to cap parry but I'm not sure if I'll have the cash for it.
MP Hands/Feet shouldn't cost too much tho?

Good things: caps all resists, hits, 3 skills and 3 stats only lackin 3 points in qui, can change chest piece to galla bm chest and mainhand to broodmother fang

Bad things: lacks 3 qui, uses 4 mp pieces including mainhand (make resists 5,5,1 on mainhand instead if you want 99% mainhand)
