Bladedance realm ability.. anyone?

I checked this one, it gotta own as it costs 24 skillpoints to get (need augmented dex III and it costs 14 itself).. and its re-use 30 minutes.. anyone tried it or know any stats of it etc? It sounds good

vnboards described it as utter crap and a waste of points (or something similar) (that and the damage is not worth mentioning)
