I can't believe this hasn't been mentioned yet.

What's everyones opinions on it then? For me it looks ALOT better than the original game and will really be worth the money spent on it. I've seen a few trailers and it really looks like it's going to deliver a kick-ass RTS/RPG - Espically since PM + the dude from Blizzard (Can't remember the name :p) have been working on it together.

Screenshots look insane, in game footages looks insane. Personally, if it wasn't for college I'd be the first person in Sutton with the game in my hand. :) (Like I was for World of Warcraft.. But that sucked)

ANYWAY, what do you all think of it?

There wasn't much going on in Black & White.
From the reviews I've read I'm looking forward to a much deeper strategic experience from my iridescently flickering side of a tweaked and polished version of the intuitive and novel interface which graced the first - albeit highly inspired - tech demo that was the first game. I did enjoy it, though. :)

Both looking forward to it and not, the 1th game was a technical milestone but that was about it tbh. Hoping the sequel will be better :)

If they can combine the fantastic atmosphere (I'm surprised this isn't mentioned more - it was definitely what struck me most) of the first, add engaging gameplay and make sure the creatures' learning system is better implemented, it'll be a winner for sure.

The AI is so advanced in the new game it's insane. Already in the book of world records. They've really developed it to an extreame standard, the game is SO much more advanced too now. Just read up all the pre-views on it.

EDIT: Maz, we can't say anything yet. As neither of us actually have it installed. =\

Say what? Install who? Context void? ;)

Edit: I meant that I enjoyed the first game.

Sales have been somewhat dissapointing atm for this, at least in our shop. Apparently, althought I haven't checked, its been given some duff reviews in certain mags.

Been playing it a few days now, its good tbh. Some bad features but the fact that the creature in itself is a world record cant be bad tbh.
