With a heavy heart and sorrow filled mind I am sorry to inform you that Martin, to most known as Brealanna - one of the original founders of Terra Dominus, suddenly passed away on sunday night due brain hemorrage (bleeding) at the age of 46.
Brea participated in running the guild in many ways since Terra Dominus was officially established on Dark Age of Camelot server Excalibur (EU) on 15th February 2002. He was not only known as one of the leading figures in the history of the guild in Dark Age of Camelot, but also in other games such as Eve online, World of Warcraft and Warhammer online.
To many of us Brea was the true leader, father-figure of the guild, promoting values that has made Terra Dominus what it is today. Especially in the early days, Brea was an inspiration and guide to many. Throughout the years he has provided invaluable support and dedication to the guild. Even after his active days as a guildmaster he didn’t hesitate sharing his advice or taking action when times were rough.
Recently, we had the privilege to play with him once again as he, like many of other oldschool Terra Dominus players, reunited on the Daoc US-servers.
Even though Brea, a personal friend to many of us, will be missed dearly, his efforts and spirit will never be forgotten.
To pay our respects, we will hold a memorial for Brea on Friday the 13th (20:00 GMT) in the Terra Dominus guild house.
/salute
