you shouldn't bother too much about shared timers and stuff like that

best way is to quickbind all BL abilities to keys that are located somehwere in the middle of your keyboard (f,g,h,j for example). Then just repeatedly smash your head against the keyboard - you will notice that most BL abilities will fulfill their purpose.

It's all situational though, application of the abilities in terms of soloing or grouping vary. I'm only saying that ML1 has a noticable effect on casters and ML10 ability on the assist train with more of instant noticeable use than the other abilities, ofc your going to use ML3 if your not going to use ML8, but thats the luxury of having 2 BL tanks I guess as you can use both ;p

demorelisation is 1 of most powerful bl abilities really, besdies the subsidairy effect is the interupts.
