birth of a new tribe.....

Hi all...
just a wee line to say that after deliberating I have set up a new tribe...(drum roll...not)
Lambs To the Slaughter (LTS)...
we are brand spankin new and to be honest we suck big time but that is to be expected...lol
The idea of LTS is to have a 'my first clan' for newbies...(although I ain't a pro

)
I/we want to make them feel welcome and give them a bit of advice and have a blast...
We won't be UKTL standard for oooh..the next millenium (3000AD) but we are out to:
1 - have fun
2 - promote teamplay and honour
3 - be a 'clearing house' for new blood

Our core members (6 of us) will be sticking with LTS but recruits (once they pass training) can leave for other tribes after a set period...but it would nice if they stay!
We also need a few pros - maybe to join - maybe to offer advice - whatever...
This is an experiment and it may well fail...
please feel free to pass on any tips, ideas and hints for running a clan/recruiting/whatever - I am new to this and I might be in for a rough ride!!!
if you want to field a team of 'new blood' against us (once we are fully running) then that is cool...
