Anyone tried what happens if you not harvest the little sisters?

great game btw, got it for sinterklaas

Tenebaum (i think thats her name, cant remember) leaves you gifts at the ADAM vending machines for every 3rd one you save.

Think it works out you get marginally more if you harvest them but the gifts outweight that.
