Bios Flashing

Guys,

Attempted to flash the bios on my mobo (MSI KT3V-6712) with the latest bios available on the MSI webby (v1.A0)

Now, having difficulty restarting pc :
First it says that the CMOS was incompatible, then it claims the machine is a 1.1 Ghz (actually a 1.53 ghz)
and latest it claims that the C:\ drive isnt formatted!!!!

Any solutions to correct this?

ok a little progress.

Change value in the bios from 100Mhz to 133Mhz and it nowrecognises pc as XP1800 (which it is)
Still cant find a Primary HDD tho)

well, back up and running, with many thanks to Tom. Logged into windows, but the bios flash didnt seem to have taken. Ill postpone that until I feel braver.

only downside was that I broke me fecking chair reaching over to the kb and landed on m arse!
