Help Binatone X350 Carrera Satnav

Guys,

Heading to France in April (via Geneva) and got my fathers Satnav for the drive from airport to Ski Resort.

Its a Binatone Carrera X350 and am trying to find where to download maps of France (and possibly Switzerland) to take with us.

Cant find ANYTHING in all the usual places - only lead I have is to phone Binatone and ask them to send the maps on an SD card for £40.

anywhere you can suggest I can d.load them from?

Gonna try reformatting the Binatone to a TomTom - those maps seem more available than anything else:
