Even that....bit of a shit hole from the outside, next door is a tesco mini supermarket and next door the other way is my mothers house.

Tiny rooms mate and it doesn't look well maintained. garage is very handy though and price is mega, might be worth a punt if you can decorate.

those two one beds looks suspect, the first only has two pictures, which could indicate problems with the other rooms. The last one looks very old and small.

Gaffer seems to be right here; a two bed is only costing you about £50 more a month, I take back what I said earlier. Get a two bed.

we just shouldnt' pay the bills imo, make up forwarding addresses. Thames Water recently did an amnestly where they cancelled all debts if you sent in your old unpaid bills. We could hope for that to happen.

Dunno if it helps but I live alone and my electric costs around £20 a month (I don't have gas aswell) so that's electric (oil) heater, pc, fridge, lights, cooking stuff, etc. Water is roughly £18 a month and council tax like £60 a month
