I said its impossible for you to proof you're NOT using radar. Which makes the statements from Septina so silly: The accused person has no means of defending him from a crime he did or did not do.

In a normal court the act of prooving is by the party accusing someone. Person X has to proof Person Y committed a crime.

What's happening here is that Person Y somehow has to proof he didnt commit a crime; which is impossible.
