bigger webcam picture

I'm talking to my fiance with windows messenger but the picture is soooooooo small and there doesn't seem to be any way to make it bigger; does anyone know if you can make the picture bigger, or is there a better (free) program to use?

That's what she's doing, but it just makes the picture look worse, more pixelated.

I think you're right, probably because my web cam is shite; it's one of those cool cam things from Tesco, which is a crap digicam primarily and a webcam second. I'm going to buy a better one tomorrow because that was so cool being able to see each other; I installed msn messenger to use instead of windows messenger which is much better for video conferencing btw.

Its prolly not his face he's showing in which case its not the webcam thats making things "look" small.
