BG Hero Spec?

Can anyone recommend a good spec for a Hero at lvl 20?

Made a Shar hero last night and set him up as:

20 Shield, 19 CS, the rest in parry...

Is that an ok spec or would I have been better going blades rather than CS?

Any advice would be appreciated.

My personal favourite bgs hero spec is
23Shield (6second behind stun)
24LW (only because the big hammer is so BIG!!!)
2or4 Weapon (will rarely use this, but I tend to have it ready with guard on the bard when wandering the BGs)
If any left put it in parry, allthough doesn't really help much

The above all depends on play style ofc, I ran with a BM/BARD/HERO(me) so would mez then BM does side/back styles but i tended to put 6second back slam stun infirst and anything died before stun up
