Best Unmetered ISP?

hey all, i play cs a lot and suffer bad pings during peak times when i want to play, just wondering which is the fastest isp, unmetered isp to use to play multiplayer.
Is breathe any good?

Dunno, but ADSL or a cable modem would do the trick. For unmetered dial-up, I've used Demon with BT surftime, and had rock-solid pings of about 110 with no tweaks, but you have to pay for the priviledge, and Blueyonder (Telewest dial-up) which was pinging about 130, but I got it free of charge (I work for the cable company )
