best spot to lvl Winged Helm?

two ways of thinking when you are talking about levelling the artifact...
1) you want to speed up levelling at all cost, that would mean increasing the level of enemies you kill.... mean more damage to your item: then i would suggest to go to Harpy feather encounter and farm The top level mobs there, you will need to run around a bit but red and purp birdies there.
2) you want lvl 10 on the item but lower damage to make it last longer, then i would suggest to go to Hermeses island and kill blue cons. If you are buffed you will block/evade/dodge/twist/shout most of the incomming attacks , that will prevent your helm of getting hit.it will take you four times as long as before but ... a choise
those are the three major spots where harpies are to be found:
harpy feather encounter
Hermes encounter
Egg of youth encounter
what i haven't tried yet is to go xp on Desmonian Harpies, those invisible things.. with a BB you could dig for a coin while the main character takes care of These. They are high level ... but if they are worth it, no idea

From what I've read the Desmonia Harpies don't even give xp for winged helm, think I read this on VoS, can be wrong thou.
If you got the time, wait for 1.71 (another 3-4 months perhaps thou), where art lvling will change. Only if you have other arts to exp in ToA zones thou.

In addition to the locations posted in a previous post i found levelling it at the SoK encounter location the easiest. Can work anti clockwork round the encounter area.

In addition to the locations posted in a previous post i found levelling it at the SoK encounter location the easiest. Can work anti clockwork round the encounter area.
