Best Shaman Specc?

Shield isnt used that much, it doesnt "have" to be there, so if thats the only reason to go above 39, dont 
Mend isnt worth it on a shammy (for rvr!), sure - 30/10 rezz is nice. But not worth getting over the other things you miss out on in aug. (24 heat resist at 43 among other things)
If anything, go 43a 31c 10m - will only loose the red dam add, which is crap anyway with 4.x dps, and the ae con shear. But cure poison aint worth it, atm (dunno if it is in NF)
Remember, all said from current rvr perspective. And not NF, which will involve alot of keeptaking
