Best place to farm cash...

What is in your opinion the best place to farm cash, drops included for salvage.

I find Caldey is a good enough place with a necro.

Caldey with a necro is good enough, gobs in Lyon with a (fully buffed servant) necro is probably better.

But getting a group together and farming items/scrolls in TOA is likely to generate far more gold per person per hour while being alot less boring than mindless solo gold farming
