I don't think you can read too much into this tbh.
While it's a step forward, it is still only to a place where relations were a couple of years ago ( no NK enrichment, UN inspections and food aid going in). It could hold on at that for a while, might even improve further or turn back just as easily.
It's NK they're dealing with, so anyhting goes.

while i wouldnt argue that, im slightly worried if an elder uncle/general/whatever uses that as an excuse that the "poor little chap is overworked and needs -help-.."
