Matt Le Tissier.

Depends on your point of view, but for me football is about entertainment and he always delivered that in spades.

Time for a made up stat :p

95% of all footballers have done something completely out of order whilst playing the game, so that means every player in the top leagues are cancelled out (more pressure on them so they more likely to offend in some way). So this a pointless poll!!

besides, as said before. Cantona should be given credit for what he done. Want to know my logic behind that?

Well, the anti-racism slogon is "KICK RACISM OUT OF FOOTBALL" and all Cantona has done is literally do it :)

Rofl, what kind of way is that to argue?

Can't just make up a stat to prove him wrong.
Then I could say, 100 % of footballers are bad at football, so nobody can say anyone are good. It doesen't make sense.

How the fuck do John Terry and Andy Johnson get on that list???

Andy Johnson has been in the prem for all of 3 seconds... Michael Owen...Robbie Fowler...Andy Cole...Dwight Yorke...Teddy Sheringham.....I could go on and on tbh.

Bergkamp not even on your list either? Shame on you...

Stevie Gerrard could even be argued to be on there at least alongside Viera and Keane - equally as influential...albeit not been as round as long but of the big teams he has done as much for Liverpool as either of them did for their teams - will take awhile for people to realise that though.

I refuse to vote tbh in disgust.

Gerard is yet to inspire his tream to win the league, comparing what he has done for liverpool to what Keane and Viera did is wrong :) Stevey G is immense but he still a while to go to equal Keane and Viera.

No league trophies for Gerrard, infact not even a serious title challenge in what 7-8 attempts? Next.

I take it you failed to read the thread before you spat your dummy out. I admitted I missed out Bergkamp and Andy Johnson was a joke hence the smily and me saying it was a joke. There were only 10 options. Keane, Cantona, Viera, Zola, Shearer, Terry all deserve to be there. I put Di Canio in after a discussion with my mates. Maybe if the poll option had 20, i could put all the other players there. Thats why there was an "other" option

Well if you notice i was taking the piss with the stat part, or was that to hard to work out from the smilie? I could of just said "almost all footballers" but thought i stay in line with the FH unwritten rules which seem to state you have to make up useless statistics :touch:

Aye, probably true. But I put Terry in there to represent the defenders!! As I said, I would love the FH poll system to have more than 10 options!!!

Wrighty was great, he was no Zola though. Ian Rush only played in the Premiership for a few years right at the end of his career and he did bugger all. Legendary old first division one striker though that is for sure.

I know I have a serious United bias but I was a season ticket holder for many years and during that time I saw some amazing football and alot of silverware to go with it.
