Good point to argue? can you read? Theres a difference between a spur of the moment emotion thing such as what Zidane did and a pre meditated attack on someone. I myself would have reacted similar to Zidane and think he did what any man would do, it was more of a gesture than to hurt him.

Cantona had every right to land one on the fan for comments made, if he done that in the pub he would off been on the end of alot worse treatment. Infact Cantona has done alot more then most to try get racism out of football and that scene just illustrates that it does get to players.

edit: the Haaland tackle was inexcusable, but the second one I see constantly at all levels of football. Late challenges made at pace etc. Always look bad then what being on the receiving end. Hell in sunday league soccer you get straight up and the next time they got the ball they flattened
