It depends.

In PvE I'd go shaman+savage.

In RvR skald+zerker/savage is nice (buffbot is a must).

friggs, endregen, dmg add, buffs, dot on shammy.

For a trio, you can't go wrong with 1x shammy and 2x savage/zerker. They tend to rip apart whatever you give them. spec aug/mend on the shaman, and pure dmg on the savages/zerkers, and you will be 50 in 3 weeks.

Could be that our mana-crack is completely worthless in efficiency compared to end-regen.

End-regen 5 = you can style (almost) forever. ( unless you got best haste buff and running celerity )
Mana-crack 5 = you can nuke, eh, 6-8 more nukes than usual?

If mana-crack 5 was as powerful as end-regen 5 I wouldn't bring my 5 level lower tank for guild hunts, since my caster just run out of power after 3 fights. She's worthless sitting on her behind for 90% of the fights.

Boost mana-crack imho, should open up some more versatile specs with spread heals, decent mana-crack and some aug.
