Everyone says that but tbh look at the crap they churn out (i mean come on the french eat anything, frogs legs... snails, snails!! i mean ffs even horse! ooh yes all hail the mighty over lords of the cullinary world.... pfft my arse tbh) and the only swedish thingy i can think of is meatballs and possibly museli....

not saying your crap bud but well yes actually i am, you are a bit crap you don't even have toad in zee hole.

tbh, the only reason we don't eat horse is because we don't have to and they're damned useful elsewhere. Or were.

It's interesting to see how the countries developed their own food with what was to hand and critising what others eat is a bit like laughing at someone for tying their left shoe first

Irish white pudding, omfg that stuff is the best. Proper butchers stuff though, not the supermarket crap. Just wish I could get over to Dublin more often as the meat is a billion times better than the crap you find on the UK high streets.
