if your using a hammer and LA do they need to both be the same speed. i have a 3.1 spd axe and 4spd hammer and i seem to miss alot.

Only thing that alters is swing speed, its an average of your 2 weapons.

The crown of insanity rocks, I didn't find an item to replace the str it gave me until early 40's I think.
Troll can still get reasonable dex m8, mine has 143 at lvl 50.
