Scared? That wasnt the point. Point was i know im more or less unbeatable 1on1. So if i win a fight i know it isnt because i play good. I know also that beating Arauddry 1on1 isnt a easy thing. And i really doubt that you could do it regurly. However, daoc isnt a game where the best always win, luck is a factor. And i cant see the point where you show "hey i beat that guy" when the only reason was luck.

No, its because Mercenary is a much better 1on1 char then any other in the game. And im the most tweaked Mercenary in the world which means i dont need luck to win.

Well with PA chain unpurged I tend to dish out 1800+ dmg before getting my first hit on me. But mercs are near impossible to kill. especially with DT.

i think eden only posted this because arraudry said he has no competition 1 vs 1 and arruadry said he had 60% hp no posion on weapons and stuff it is not a wtf i pawned arruadry it was a fair fight and like you say it was luck arruadry choose to use pot eden did not that was the deciding factor in the fight
I think arruadry is a uber stealther tbh and when i see him i tend to stay away i hate the run from ligen to emain

Had no IP+purge up there+no master lv8 since i am 6.

My sc sucks too at the moment

+26 str +21 con +168 hits sc inc though xD

Also no shades of mist for a solo merc= fucked.

I would struggle vs a smart caster thats correct. But with ml's it has got much easier to fight vs casters 1on1 too.

i must of been silly trying to take on a rr9 merc we did not do 2 bad tbh me and izihere and then 3 hib stealthers popped to finish the job of i so wish they never added now i would of loved to of seen how it would of ended

Suggest you try using red dps buff then come tell me that.

Merc is one of the finished classes in daoc just like a warrior.

After all, its the competion who is fun. Nothing as boring as always winning. No fun to be grappled and pbae'd though :< But still, win 1 out of 5 is more fun then win 5 out of 5 imo.
